If you are not entirely satisfied with your Microshine Microfiber purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange it for another one. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Eligible for Return

• checkGoods were purchased in the last 7 days.
• checkGoods are in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

• closeItems that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• closeItems made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• closeItems unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• closeItems that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect the credit to appear within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

cancelCancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. To cancel an order, you must inform us by email. We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method you used for the order.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
